Install checklist
- Degrease interfaces and screws; apply Loctite threadlocker.

Torque to spec for mount-to-slide and optic-to-mount screws; re-check after your first range session.
- Verify screw length & pitch so nothing protrudes into the slide channel.

If your P-09 is Optics Ready, use an OR plate for a lower, more rigid interface—see Optics Ready plates. The P-09 Nocturne direct-fit pattern accepts Shield RMSc / Holosun K-series optics without a plate.
